You will strengthen an existing team at a Swedish authority focused on statistics and digital data collection. The team is responsible for the management and further development of the organization's web collection tools as well as the new development of an object platform for direct collection via multiple channels. The work takes place in an agile Scrum environment with close collaboration between developers, requirements experts, object specialists, and test managers.

• Develop and maintain solutions in both frontend and backend.
• Contribute to the further development of web collection tools and the new development of an object platform for direct collection.
• Collaborate closely with requirements experts, object specialists, and test managers.
• Participate in requirements and testing-related activities as part of the developer role.
• Prioritize and implement development efforts based on user needs, requirement specifications, and technical and IT security needs.
• Troubleshoot and provide support in more complex support cases.
• Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Nine (9) years of experience in IT development in Microsoft environments such as .NET.
• Nine (9) years of experience in system development in C#.
• Nine (9) years of experience working with SQL Server.
• Nine (9) years of experience in version control of code, for example with Git.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in the last five (5) years working with agile methods as a working method.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in the last five (5) years in a team-leading position within Scrum.
• Experience in development in .NET MVC, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful Web API and working in Azure DevOps.
• Experience in development with React and TypeScript.
• Experience in accessibility adaptation according to WCAG.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, MassTransit, and WinForms.

• Certification in Scrum.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in the last five (5) years managing IT support for web surveys or web collection.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in the last five (5) years of development related to handling large data volumes via the web.
